We put lot of time and love into handcrafting your orders and your satisfaction is very important to us.

Any items that may have been damaged during shipping will be replaced immediately. But only if you send us an unboxing video.

All we ask is that you drop us an email along with a photo & unboxing video of the damaged product and we will be happy to send you a new piece.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, we accept exchanges if you ship the products back to our studio in unused condition. In this case, you would bear the shipping costs to return the product and also for getting a new one in exchange.

Misha’s studio does not accept forced return and these are non-refundable.
